Article n°1 - Introduction
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Makani and its client in the context of the sale of its “fashion clothing and accessories” products. Any service performed by the company Makani therefore implies unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Article n°2 - Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated without taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate in force on the day of the order.
The company Makani agrees on the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when registering the order.
No discount for prepayment.
Article n°3 - Minimum order and delivery time
The minimum order amount is 300 € HT, excluding shipping costs.
The supply is made within the limits of available stocks. The delivery times for the goods being restocked are given as an indication.
Article n°4 - Transport
Our prices do not include transport. The delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated when the order is shipped.
Free shipping: € 2,500 excluding tax for mainland France and the European Union.
The risk of transport is fully supported by the buyer. In case of missing or damaged goods during transport, all necessary reservations must be declared upon receipt of said goods.
Article n°5 - Payment conditions
Orders are paid by check or bank transfer when the order is shipped, unless the contrary is specified on the invoice.
Late payment penalty of 10% (law 2008-776 of August 4, 2008) and € 40 of lump sum compensation for recovery costs (decree n ° 2012-1115 of October 2, 2012).
Article n°6 - Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment by the buyer (Law No. 83.335 of 12/05/1980).
Article n°7 - Competent court
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of the general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Créteil.
